All services are by appointment only. Appointments and /or packages under $60.00 in value - a 24 Hour Notice is requested. appointments and/or packages over $60.00 in value a 72 Hour Notice is required. When appointments and/or packages are not kept and not cancelled within the required time, the credit card on file will be charged for the full value of the appointment. If the credit card can not be charged or is not on file, the client will be billed for the full value of the appointment. With groups of 2 or more persons the individual requesting the appointments for the entire group must leave a valid credit card number to book the appointments, and will be responsible for the full value of the appointments booked, if not cancelled within the required 72 Hour Notice.
All prices and services are subject to change without notification and there are NO refunds or salon credits on any services. We will be happy to redo any service to your satifaction within 24 hours of notifing the salon & the use of professional salon products we suggested were used.
Brazilian Keratin Treatment
An ALL Natural hair straightening system the last up to 12-16 weeks and is safe for ALL hair types. This product is 100% formaldahyde free, all natural & not permanent . Allow 2-4 hours depending on density of hair. Consultation preferred ahead of time with deposit.

Acrylic Nail Services
Volpe has the strongest legal product available, don't be fooled by any "discount" salon prices, we have NO hiddend fees. Fullsets are guaranteed from lifting 2 weeks after the original full set, and acrylic fills are guaranteed for 2 days after the fill. Fills are not quarenteed after 4 weeks and all repairs after 4 weeks are extra. Most of Volpe Clients go 3 -4 weks between fill appts. See our salon policy listed below.

Volpe follows ALL NYS guidlines for safty, sanitation and education. All of our pedicure throwns are sanitized after each client and we do not use razor blades or credo knifes (against NYS law). Credo knives are blades that are used to shave off calluses, if not used correctly, they can be extremly dangerous.
