Volpe is exclusive to our own acrylic products and has been serving the Syracuse area for over 20 years!  We guarantee against any nails from lifting off, and we guarantee any nails from breaking within your first 2 weeks after your full set!  Don't be fooled by the "discount" salons, we have NO hidden costs, NO extra charges, and most of our clients go 3 - 4 weeks between fills. We follow ALL NYS guidelines for sanitation!

Salon Policies:
We have a 24 hour cancellation notice.  If you do not cancel within 24 hours we will have to charge you or the full service. If you are late for your appointment, you may not receive your full service.  We will do what we have time for. 

We accept Visa, M/C, cash & checks only, we no longer accept debit cards.  We have an ATM for your convenience.  Stylist ONLY accept cash or check.  Gift Certificates are valid for services or retail products only, have no cash value & will not be replaced if lost or stolen.  "Tips" cannot be taken out or add in any gift certificate. Donated Gift Certificates are valid for ONLY what they are made out for, NO substitutions will be allowed.  ALL Gift Certificates MUST be given to your Stylist or Technician before time of service.  If you "no show" with a gift certificate it will be forfeited.

All services are NON-refundable.  ALL products are non-refundable.
