Must be professionally dressed and maintain a professional attitude at all times! Salon Policies:
We have a 24 hour cancelation notice.  If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged for the full service. If you are late for your appointment, you may not receive your full service or will be rescheduled and charged our no show fee.  

We accept Visa, M/C, cash & checks only, we no longer accept debit cards.  We have an ATM for your convenience.  Stylist ONLY accept cash or check.  Gift Certificates are valid for services or retail products only, have no cash value & will not be replaced if lost or stolen.  "Tips" cannot be taken out or add in any gift certificate. Donated Gift Certificates are valid for ONLY what they are made out for, NO substitutions will be allowed.  ALL Gift Certificates MUST be given to your Stylist or Technician before time of service.  If you "no show" with a gift certificate it will be forfeited.

All services are strictly NON-refundable, we will gladly redo any service to your satisfaction at our discretion.  ALL products are non-refundable.
